Why is there such a long wait between the placing of my order and delivery?
After your order is placed we have to place an order with our supplier for them to manufacture the stand, this coupled with the huge response we’ve had from pharmacies wanting to sign up for the service means that we are not able to ship them immediately.
Is all of the information in the display relevant to our needs? Yes. All the information is about signposting, healthier lifestyles and health services.
Why do we have to pay £99?
The cost of the stand, delivery to your premises and initial stocking of the display amount to approximately £300 so we want to ensure that only people that are really interested in the service are allocated a display and that the stand is looked after once delivered. If you decide that no longer want to continue with the service, the £99 is refunded to you as long as the stand is in a re-usable condition upon collection.
